Karen Barrett Kirby is the intimidating adversary who unleashes her leasing agency minions to carry out the threats, while Lily, and her unlikely ally Allison, do their best to fend off the attacks and keep the shop open for another day. Lil and Al are exceptionally well developed characters who form an indomitable partnership that manages to be greater than the sum of its parts. I'm hoping that they get to team up again for another adventure.

Thoroughly enjoyable, entertaining and at times humorous. Liked the way Lily stood up to the bully, Kerry. Loved Allison's attitude.

This was a sly, sweet character driven romantic work fueled by the engrossing antics of a young woman and a canny nemesis. I enjoyed the details on the food and flowers and there was enough of a teaser at the end to leave me wanting more. Please write the sequel faster.
She is a flower that not only stings, but bites as well. This is an absolutely great story. Who'd have ever thought white flowers could be so interesting. I definitely hope that there is a sequel because that ending has me tied up in knots!
La Fleur de Blanc is a fun and engaging read. Think of it like a Snickers bar for your brain--it's not going to nourish you, but it sure does taste good! This is the perfect book to take on vacation or spend a lazy Sunday reading at home to pretend like you're on one. It is particularly gratifying that although it's sort of a romance, it really isn't. The women in the story are strong and resilient, saving themselves without any need for a white knight.

I thought about how much I'd love a sequel after only a few chapters. Bright funny and bitchy, this had me laughing out loud. I absolutely love the character development from these authors. More, please!
I loved this story. My only compliant is that I couldn't put it down, and I had work to do today. (I did work, but took too many breaks to read this book.) You guys can do romances, too. Who'da thunk? Write more, I'll read 'em.
